President's Cabinet
There are individuals called of God to be used in leading others to ministry opportunities that will impact the Church, both locally and internationally. These individuals have chosen to be led by God to be stewards of God's resources given to them to manage. They are faithful in how they use His financial resources, their talents, and their time as they find opportunities for ministry.
Such people are those chosen to be in The President's Cabinet. They will be formed among a small group of friends of Dr. Draper and the LifeWay ministry. These people will be advisors to and prayer partners with Dr. Draper. They will be asked to provide counsel in terms of how the campaign should be managed, serve as accountability partners and as such will receive frequent campaign updates so they can best provide counsel regarding future steps to be taken.
The Cabinet meets twice a year for personal updates concerning the campaign and are in frequent contact with the campaign staff leadership providing ideas, assisting with fund development and praying for God's guidance.
Cabinet members are encouraged to participate in trips to the various ministry fields of A Defining Moment. Thus far, a Cabinet member has traveled to Kenya and China to observe the progress of those initiatives.
The Cabinet members have made the initial campaign commitments in accordance with the material blessings they have received from the Lord. In addition, they are acting as "gate keepers" to others who should be contacted regarding financial involvement in the campaign.

Circle of Influence
The Circle of Influence is a group of approximately 100 who will provide prayer and financial support for the A Defining Moment campaign.
Additionally, the Circle of Influence will be asked to identify three to seven friends who they feel would be interested in learning about this ministry opportunity. The Circle of Influence members will be invited to attend at least one national meeting per year to receive program updates, meet with other members, including the President's Cabinet, and learn of ministry opportunities for personal trips to view and possibly participate in one of the national or international programs. The first national gathering was held November 1, 2006 in Nashville, Tennessee.
