Leadership Training Institute

While there is a widely based understanding of and reliance upon leadership and management concepts and practices derived from secular sources, Christian leaders need to be equipped with the clear and timeless teachings of God's Word concerning insights and practices in regard to leading families and organizations.

Through the LifeWay Leadership Institute, leaders will be provided the finest training in biblically based leadership and management available.

Specific goals for the Institute are to train 10,000 pastors and staff in effective leadership skills, ministry skills, personal life skills and biblically sound theology, and to have 5,000 churches currently in decline become growing churches.

In addition, the Institute will offer a Christian worldview alternative to leadership development to over 5,000 business leaders in the secular workplace.
